Eddie Goh has introduced a concept phone with a unique twist. While the Eclipse Intuit has many of the same features and capabilities as any Windows Mobile phone, it has a unique power source. Part of the Intuit is covered in a solar “skin” that absorbs power from the sun and recharges the phone’s battery using solar power.

While the main innovation in the Intuit is its ability to run on solar power, it’s also a very powerful, feature-rich phone. The Intuit includes a 5 megapixel camera, built-in photo editing and photo album software, and two full-body touch screens.

The main touch screen on the Intuit contains a touchable display, while a second screen that slides out from the phone serves as a touch-sensitive keyboard with tactile feedback.
The Eclipse Intuit may not hit the market in its current phone; it is at this point only a concept phone. But the idea of a solar concept phone is very appealing to mobile phone users with an eye on going greener.
