This short guide may seem completely useless to a number of people, but for some, the ability to hide your text messages can be very worthwhile. This is suitable for S60 handsets.
Requirements:
- A S60 3rd Edition device
- ActiveFile by Alie Tan
Instructions:
- Once you have installed ActiveFile, open up the Messaging Explorer feature (this is also available as a standalone application, if you use a 3rd party task manager like or Handy Taskman or JBak Taskman)
- Scroll to your desired folder and select the message you wish to hide. Then select Hide.
- You’re done! Easy, when you know how!
You can also mark and set a lot of messages to hidden at once.
