No matter how corporate professional or yuppie trendy and you are, there are some times when the ever popular Bluetooth headset isn’t such a practical idea. The Airlite 900 has been recently launched by Honeywell as a hands- free alternative when in the car. This credit card sized device has a lot to offer the something so small if you are prepared to make some compromises.

The Bluetooth 2.0 Airlite’s list of specifications include a range of up to 10 meters (33ft), wireless compatibility with a frequency of 2400-2483.5MHz, the talk time of up to 10 hours standby time of up to 250 hours. Its tiny size of 3.5 in. by 2 in. x .2 in. weighs just 1oz, which makes it very portable, and together with the high quality volume and bundled accessories the Airlite’s just perfect for the car. The most convenient feature of this device is the access to its controls. The Airlite eliminates the frustration of the frenzied fumbling for your phone which has been inevitably put itself in the most inconvenient place amidst driving through peak hour traffic frenzy.

The compromise is however, that it does have a tinny sound and for the $99.99 price tag one wonders if you can put up in the whist-driving phone fumbling as your current speakerphone probably has a better quality.
